Customers in the United Kingdom and outside the UK can return an item purchased from us for an exchange, store credit or full refund. Please read further. Full refund is issued immediately to customers if we are unable to fulfil your order, send you the wrong size or color in dress or any other item, as well as delivered the item to you well after the the 3weeks limit..
Please ensure that you check the size chart before you make your order to avoid the risk of selecting the wrong size of garment. If in doubt, please contact us for clarification. Wrong sizing on your part will only be exchanged or issued store credit subject to our re stocking fee of 35%. Our clothing lines are of the highest quality and so we want you to have a good experience with us. Contact us for clarification on sizing, fabric etc if you need information that is not provided in the product description section.
YOu must return the item within 7 days from the day you received it. This means that within 48 hours of receiving the items, you must check that they are right for you and you must contact us, informing us about your intention to return the items you purchased. Simply contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. DO NOT send any items back without first obtaining your Return Authorization Number. Doing so will delay the process of your credit/exchange. You can then return the item in its original condition for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be in exact original condition with all tags and must not show any signs of being worn.
Refund other than for reasons above is not possible in most cases and it is subject to management's discretion. If management deemed it neccessary to issue a refund which will be partial (and never full refund) there is a restocking fee of 20% of the total cost of the item purchased to cover costs incurred in shipping your item to the UK and covering costs relating to customs clearance. We strictly advice that customers who are not happy with this should shop on www.elegantandbeauty.com (our USA website) with a lower restocking fee. Shipping cost within the UK is non-refundable.
Customers must return items for a full /partial refund, store credit or exchange within 7 days in the same condition received. Please provide us with your details when returning a parcel either by including a copy of your invoice or write your details on paper and include this with your return parcel:

(Please ensure when sending goods back that a traceable method is used incase of loss as we are unable to process returns unless we have received them). You are responsible for the shipping cost of all returned item and we regret to inform you that we will not refund shipping costs.

All orders are shipped directly from our USA warehouse. The price for your item already includes VAT and customs and so you do not need to pay customs or VAT on your orders placed with us. We may use Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS or US Postal Services (Standard or priority Express) from the USA or Royal Mail in the UK. Let us know if you need your order ship faster to you. Please allow two complete business days for your orders to be processed and up to two business weeks for your order to reach you. In most cases, you will receive your order within 5-12 business days after orders are processed. For faster processing you will need to pay additional shipping fee. In regards perfumes please allow up to 21 business days as all perfumes are shipped out from our USA warehouse. In most cases, you will get the order delivered within 8-12 business days.
We ship worldwide and the prices on our website includese shipping cost from the USA to the UK as well as VAT and custom clearance. For deliveries outside the UK, after you have ordered and paid for your items, we will check your order to ensure we have the items in our warehouse, then weigh them and get back to you with the cost of shipping if the delivery address is outside the UK.
